Each site will have many people with different roles. For these people to enter your site they might need to meet some requirements, like for example have a HSE card. What requirements your site workers and visitors need can be set up in worker requirements. Here is how to set this up.
Do people on your site need a HSE card to enter? Then turn this requirement on.
Is someone not a permanent visitor on your site? Just once or a few times? You can create guest access for this user. This guest access can be created in site access.
Can people check in to your site by simply entering the geofence you defined? Then you can turn this requirement on. Then as soon as they enter the geofence of the site, the NAEVA app will check them in.
Opening doors, gates and turnstiles is important. Should people be able to check in/out when they open a door or a gate? If so, turn this requirement on.
Do people need to see and read certain documents before they can check in to a site? Add these documents here and this will disabled the check-in until the RDEs are signed in the NAEVA app.
