By using the site access features in the NAEVA system you can save up around 30 min for each person you have to onboard. This can be a lot of time in the long run.

Each site will have many people with different roles. To make sure each person that needs to enter your site has a right to do so you can create a site access. This can be done for a user or a company. You can give them the access they need and what rights they have on the site.
You can add multiple people or companies at the same time. Do you have 3 people with the same site access? You can search for all 3, and then set up their access at once. Isn’t that awesome?

Do you have many users for the same company that will enter your site? Then you can setup the whole company at once instead of user by user. You can also just set up access for one specific user, regardless what company they belong to.
Make sure you enable the site access.
Will this user only have access for a limited amount of time? Then you can set a time restriction to their site access. No limit? then you don’t have to do anything.
Not a permanent visitor on your site? Just once or a few times? You can create guest access for this user. Turn on the guest check.
You can add if this company or user is allowed to operate machines on the site.
Opening doors, gates and turnstiles is important. But maybe not everyone is allowed to open each and every one of them. Set up what gatekeepers they are allowed to open.
